Rock Hill – Ralph Charles Vincent, 89, of 1988 Indian Trail, died Wednesday, April 04, 2012, at CMC – Main.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 6, 2012, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Catawba Ward. The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Born in Lancaster, SC, Mr. Vincent was a son of the late John Roach and Mary Ellen Sowell Vincent. He was retired from Veteran Cab Company. He was a Navy veteran of WWII, a member of the American Legion and VFW Post 319. He was also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Catawba Ward.

Surviving are five sons, James Franklin Vincent, Bobby Brown, Keith Brown, Larry Brown and Neal Brown all of Rock Hill; six daughters, Nancy Brown of Seneca, SC, Maxine Sigmon, Vanessa Troublefield, Velma Whitesides, Anna Brown and Myra Brindle all of Rock Hill; 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Ayres Vincent; a brother, Paul Knight and two sisters, Hosie Mae Forsythe and Lula Smith.
