Betty Horner Shelton

Fort Mill – Mrs. Betty Horner Shelton, 78, went home to be with the Lord, on Saturday, April 18, 2020, at Wayne T Patrick Hospice House.

A native of Cedar Grover, NC, Mrs. Shelton was a daughter of the late Jasper Frank Horner and Bessie Mae Hunley Horner. Betty was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She will be remembered as a lady who loved her family (husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.) Betty enjoyed cooking, crocheting, and watching TV game shows.

Surviving are her husband of 51 years, Larry Marshall Shelton; three children, Kenny L. Walters, Marc Shelton and his wife, Penny, and Tanya Shelton; five grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Daryl Walters.
