Christen Elizabeth Simpson

Rock Hill – Christen Elizabeth Simpson, 52, died Sunday, October 17, 2021, at Lexington Medical Center.

The family will receive friends 1:00 pm Friday at Whitesell Funeral Home and a funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm.  Burial will be private. 

A native of Rock Hill, SC, Ms. Simpson was a daughter of James David Simpson, Jr. and the late Patsy Louise Helms Stegall.  She will be remembered as a lady who loved her family and spending time with them.  She enjoyed going to the beach and listening to music. 

Surviving in addition to her father is her stepmother, Dori Simpson; stepfather, Eddie Stegall;  daughter, Holly Simpson; three brothers, David Simpson, Stanley Simpson (Kendra), and Dylan Simpson; a sister, Kalen Simpson; three grandchildren, Alayah Ervin, Noah Simpson, and Adisyn Simpson; a nephew, Zander; and four nieces, Julia, Aurora, Jessie, and Reagan.  She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Frances S. Lucas and Minnie Helms.
