Ethel Jenkins Cooper

Ethel Jenkins Cooper (Granny), 87, of Rock Hill, went home to be with the Lord peacefully in her sleep, Monday, January 24, 2022 with her granddaughters Stephanie and Alicia by her side.  She was a member of College Park Baptist Church.  She is preceded in death by a son, Kent “Slim” Cooper(Shirley) and sisters, Charlotte Hunter and Mary Sifford.

She is survived by two sons, Brian Cooper (Donna) and Preston Cooper(Donna); a sister, Reba Monroe; grandchildren, Stephanie Dixon(Ray) Alicia Lester, Heather Faulks, Jordan Cooper, Garrett Cooper, Dean Cooper; great-grandchildren, Savannah Tritt, Caroline Lester, Andrew Lester, Justin Cooper, Brody Cooper; daughter-in-law, Pam Blaylock; and many other loving family members and friends.

A funeral will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 11:00am in the Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in the Laurelwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 10:00am until service time.   Online condolences may be registered at www.basscares.com
