Michael Polk Obituary

Fort Mill – Mr. Michael Ray Polk, 70, died Monday, January 24, 2022, at Piedmont Medical Center.

A native of Rock Hill, SC Mr. Polk was a son of the late John Latham Polk, Sr. and Alma Price Polk.

Surviving are two sons, Jason Polk and Derrick Polk both of Fort Mill; a sister, Renee of Greenville, SC; four grandchildren, Alex Polk of Rock Hill, Jacob Polk of Rock Hill, Amber Polk of Myrtle Beach, SC and Haley Polk of Newport News, VA; and a great-grandson, Dominic Polk.
