She was one of 12 children born to Robert L and Gladys Hamrick Power on August 30, 1928 in Cleveland County, NC. Thelma was the mother to Nancy Butler and Buster Hill of Fort Mill, the grandmother to 3 kids, 7 great grandkids and 1 great great-grandkid.
